A pork neck restaurant called "ggupdang". Located right in front of Sinsa Station, Kupdang is the main menu of pork neck aged for 15 days.
The meat that was quickly grilled on homemade aluminum grill and bichan charcoal is rich in juicy and soft fat. If you make wasabi with rice, which has been consulted by a Japanese chef, like sushi, you can taste the juicy soft rice, so make sure to order it together. :)
